Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Dr. Carr is an excellent physician and shows extreme care for his patients! Unfortunately, his staff is an entirely different story. The young women who handle patient affairs at the window are quite presumptuous and shamelessly unprofessional. A gravely serious ailment was brought to my attention by Dr. Carr, and once given instruction to follow up with him in 24 hours I made it my due diligence to do so. My calls went unanswered for an entire week and when brought to the attention of the staff, they blamed my insurance provider for not granting clearance on paper work; one of the girls went as far as hanging up on me during one of our conversations. After a lifetime of back and forth with Dr. Carr's staff, I've decided to switch practices because I simply cannot handle the baboons that call themselves professionals. All in all, my time with Dr. Carr was rather unfortunate and stressful.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
