As far as the abilities of the office goes, they are completely capable of the work they are doing as dentists. However, one thing that gets on my nerves every time I go there is that the dentist is late. If I am scheduled for an 8 a.m. appointment, I would expect the dentist to be there before me and not to have to wait an additional 15 minutes for the dentist to actually show up. Also, I have been going here for years simply because of its location, but you would think that after seeing the same dentist for years they would at least pretend to remember who you are and what happened last time you were there, isn't that what their chart is for?

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
