Dr. San Jorge is THE best pediatrician. She is attentive, a good listener, gentle with my little boy. She has known us since he was 6 lbs and now he is 2 1/2 years old. She is one of a kind. Takes her time with each visit- NEVER rushes us, answers all my questions as a first time mom. She calls me back personally when he is sick, she administers all vaccines- not a nurse. It is how pediatricians used to be when our parents were young. When we left Florida I was most upset about leaving Dr. Maria. We still visit her for well checks when visiting my family in the area and we live in Virginia so that shows how much we love her!

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
