Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes, it's usually postponed at least a week

Yes, but they didn't push it too hard

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

There is no comparison!
Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results?
Yes, they were fairly prompt
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Somewhat, they should have been more polite
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.
