The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, I didn't notice an odor

All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

No. I didn't trust their motives.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, I was left alone too long

No. I wasn't listened to at all!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
