Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
No, I didn't notice an odor
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Insects on floor of waiting room, have twin 4 yr olds & had to watch them to keep away from live insects. Waiting room & exam rooms were not up to my standards of cleanliness & had to wipe down chairs with sanitizing wipes prior to children sitting down. Dr Cooper seems like a good dr & was highly recommended by childrens' pediatrician.

They were explained, but not thoroughly

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
