I have been suffering from chronic pain for more than 20 years. I have seen at the least fifteen doctors and every time the same cycle, routine tests, don't know what it is, here are your meds. Dr. Berndt is treating the symptoms dynamically and is considers diverse possibilities that other Dr's. never mentioned. I believe we will find the root cause. I would fly to another city to be treated by Dr. Berndt and his staff. Another thing, no else can find my veins, his nurse does it quickly and practically painlessly. I'll leave the other stuff in because it true too,They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. The office was easy enough to find. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The office was easy enough to find. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
