They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
