One fo my twin daughters was terribly sick i took her tto this dr without an appointment in a few minutes they saw her and immediately identified the symptoms as urgent and sent me to the ER, thankfully I had them as my daughters pediatrician as her appendix had almost burst!!! I always leave with a great feeling, never had a problem and the girls at the reception are always very nice both in person and over the phone. They always smile and are very quick to answer your questions. The Dr,s all ladies are nice, they speak both English and Spanish and they demonstrate genuine care for the children

estoy muy arrepentida de haber llavado a mi bebe a este consultorio pediatrico!!!!!!!, fue horrible, la sala de espera esta sucia, el piso, unas sillas y una mesa que tienen para los ninos estan sucias, las personas que te atienden son mal educadas y la doctora que me atendio a mi bebe, me da hasta pena mencianarlo, depues que me dejaron esperando 20 min, entra una doctora con muy mal aspecto, la senora Ana Castaneda, sin saludar pega un papel en la mesa con un numero de telefono sin decirme para que es, aparte de eso, la doctora no tubo un minimo gesto de carino hacia mi hijo, ni una sonrisa, ni como estas, es decir, nadaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!, estaba totalmente robotisada, luego la supuesta doctora, se va sin darme ningun tipo de explicacion, solo dijo que ya las enfermeras venian, no me pregunto si yo tenia alguna pregunta para hacerle, nadaaaaaaaaaaa, dios que horrible la pase, de paso la supuesta doctora, que claro tiene que ser doctora porque aqui en este pais la hubiesen aniquilado si no lo fuera, pero me costaba creerlo por la mala apariencia y lo mal hablada que era, parecia que tenia muchos dias sin banarse, habla muy feo, tiene un tono de voz grueso que mi hijo estaba aterrado viendola y casi vestida y gesticulando parecida a un hombre. Bueno la cuestion fue, que ahora yo me siento tan mal por haber ido alli, me trataron mal, me hicieron esperar mucho tiempo, a mi bebe lo trataron como si nada, tengo cargo de conciencia por mi hijo, ningun bebe se merece que lo traten asi y yo que soy madre, me siento muy mal tambien, por dios senores doctores hay que tener etica profesional, y yo creo que esta doctora Ana escogio la profesion equivocada, como se ve que la doctora no tiene hijos. Mamas que andan buscando medico para sus hijos, ni se les ocurra acercarse alli, y para que vean que es verdad, solo vallan y echenle un vistaso a la sala de espera, esta mas sucia que la entrada de una licoreria en el Down Town. quizas despues que lean esto la limpien y pongan munequitos. Madres ojo a donde llevan a sus hijos.

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Not really, they should have made more of an effort

No, this didn't even look like a pediatrician's office

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
