They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
