Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. Their office wasn't too easy to find. I got lost on the way there. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. HE fails communication skills doesn't like talking to you he only wants to subscribe medication. when it comes to getting paperwork filed out or submitted you get the run around with his staff and him.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
