Whenever I make an appointment, they're going to be ready for me within an hour of my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always taken severalhours, but they've never done that here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. Their office seemed well organized and clean.
