They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
