They gave a quote for the necessary work to be done.Work was to include both root canals and fillings followed by a deep cleaning. Right from the very first visit they guilt you into upgrading what is quoted to be done. Should have gone with our first impression which was, why don't they just give you the price of the best service as opposed to giving you a price then, talking you into an upgrade. Once we had agreed on the suggested upgrades to fillings, etc. We set a schedule to begin work. During the first day, while under twilight anesthesia,an upgrade again was suggested. This is a very odd position to be in while making a decision.I feel this was done on propose. Giving them the benefit of doubt,we schedule the date to finish and, again, While my mouth is spread wide open and there are sharp tools inside of it, I am asked if I would like to upgrade a service. Again, very odd position to be in while having this question asked. You feel intimidated into following along with their professional opinion. Finally as things are being finished up, I have to remind them they have not done the cleaning. It had already been explained to me that this would be done by the Doctor. Here comes his assistant who rushes through a "deep cleaning" that took all of 2 minutes. I am disgusted by the way the practically force you into spending more money while in a compromised position instead of presenting you with the choices before hand. I know they do this only to pad their price. I would not recommend using this dentist as they are no different than the old bait and switch used car salesman image of the past.
