Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I waited probably the average time to receive my test results. I wouldn't say they were prompt in notifying me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Dr. Miguel E. Martinez is the best doctor in OBGYN. I have been going to him since i was in my late teens, im 29 now. He respects your wishes, very knowledgable. He takes his time with you to explain anything you want to know. He's the type of doctor that whats important to him is your health not the money, and I know this for a fact. I know people who does the billing for him, (lets keep that to ourselves). The staff is awesome, they remember your name and they make you feel comfortable. I recomend him to every and anyone. Lets not forget the other doctors taht he works with in his office, Dr. Hugo M. Ferrara and Dr. Ramarez, they all the best. pretty much every woman i know goes to this office. They have two one in Palmetto Hospital and the other in Memorial Miramar Hospital. you choose they both great!
