They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
