They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

This Doctor was our family doctor for years and twice when paying cash, I had to repay because he hires thief's. You would think that my family and our ongoing relationship would be more important than a 53 dollar bill, but it's not. We had to stop seeing him because they wont meet me in the middle on this issue. My advice if your doctor won't listen to your side of the story, he doesn't really have the time or the heart to treat your medical health and ongoing relationship with TLC, lose him! When will it matter to him? Will he listen when your very life is at steak? I am not willing to see a doctor who believes he can't trust me about a bill payment when he has treated my family for years. He is not the one I want to trust my health to. People first, then money.
