I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. This Doctor and his team are very thorough. We are new to the area and are grateful to have found such a caring doctor.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I absolutely hated the horrific chairs in the waiting room. I can't believe they expect patients to sit in those uncomfortable things. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
