They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

The "dentist" that was in charge of a doing a simple tooth extraction on me spent more than 2 and a half hours extracting one tooth. He verbally told me that he was frustrated, and repeatedly drilled intio my nerve without any numbing. I spent half the timee crying. It was a scene from a horror movie about bad dentistry. I will never forget this experience. He also left me with inadaquate pain meds when the whole thing was over. I left feeling lower than dirt.

I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Burre Dental Center. All the staff are incredibly friendly and the dentist are knowledgeable. I think Humboldt County is lucky to have Burre Dental Center!

I've had very bad experiences time and time again. They are not child friendly and won't allow for parental supervision during appointments. The hygienists on a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being good) fall between a 1 and a 3 depending on the hygienist. The dentists also fall in this spectrum and the receptionist gets a one. It is hard to get an appointment. The only reason I keep going back is because they are the only dentist that takes MediCal in our area... I would have to drive to Redding or Crescent City to see a different dentist... all of which are too far away to make the trip feasible.
