Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Both my children went to Dr. Cannizarro from birth. He is a very bright and a well informed doctor. I was very happy with his care and became interested in the holistic approach to staying well. I found however, that my children were unable to see him when they were sick, and could only get appointments with him for their developmental checkups. I went along with this and took my children to the PCU where he has other doctors seeing sick kids. These doctors' backgrounds and type of medicine are completely different to Dr. Cannizarro and the difference in opinions did not help my daughter's illness. In the end, I had to switch to another pediatrician who sees my children whenever they are sick (which is not that often anymore). I wish Dr. Cannizarro well and wrote him telling him the reason for my switch. I hope that he can develop his practice to one where everyone is on the same page.

We think the world of Dr. C, especially since he save my nephews life after he had been misdiagnosed by another office and nearly died. I now have my own children and can say first hand he is wonderful, we even actually considered keeping him as our pediatrician when we thought we were moving out of state. Dr. C is a expert on health and nutrition as has even co- authored a nutrition book with a New York times best selling author. He has also been asked to write additional books on the effects of
autism and nutrition. The office might might be a little old but is in a extremely safe area, the person who wrote the other review must be new to the area or perhaps reviewed the wrong office. I always know my children are top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
