They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Not at all! They were boring and outdated

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

It wasn't that bad, but It also didn't smell too fresh
