Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
