The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

This office is so pleasant and comfortable that I even wanted to quit my job and go to work there. I am completely at ease with both Dr. Henner and his staff. I've never been left sitting in the waiting room for a long period of time. Dr. Henner is very good in explaining the skin condition and what procedures need to be taken.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

A little, it was faint but I noticed one
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
