They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to except for one woman named Charlotte. She must have been having a bad day as she came across as a bitch. Since she is not the doctor I let it go in one ear and out the other. Although it was unprofessional on her part, I figure everyone is entitled to a bad day, but I will watch her in the future.
