If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
