They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise.
