Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

This Doctor is absolutely the BEST!!! He's so busy because he's the Best. He's helped my little sister her whole life & she has Down's Syndrome, He referred her to Shane's Hospital when he thought they could help her better. I was in a terrible roll over accident and he got me the best surgeons etc. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
