The staff is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It took them over two weeks to verify my coverage after the insurance company called them directly. The office manager, Cythia never returned phones calls and was always to busy to assist. The receptionist in not knowledgable at all and is unable to answer basic questions.

Dr. Holloman Horton allows this behavior in her office and it is because of this behavior that I recommend anyone in search of a PCP not to use this doctor.
