While I think both Dr Walker & Dr Koeppel are fantastic doctors, Dr Walker in my experiences has not been the most patient with questions nor does he have the warmest bedside manner (my opinion). The office staff are ok, but also not the friendliest. I am somewhat suspicious of the many raving reviews on here of the office wait time and the office itself. The wait times are consistently extremely long...often over 1 hour past the appt time. And the office itself while clean "enough", is definitely not spotless and certainly not updated, it looks like it hasn't been touched since the 80s...especially downstairs. The wait & the waiting room would be enough to make me look for another practice, however, I think Dr Koeppel is an outstanding physician who is both skilled & highly respected and also friendly & patient. To me she is well worth the negatives that come with going to this practice.
