They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to the main hospital campus of Capital Regional Medical Canter. It was so easy to find, but for first time visits may I suggest calling the office for directions. I had to wait a few minutes; approximately 10-15. Not too bad for a very busy pediatric practice. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Dr. Bunnell is wonderful. He has a great bedside manner and doesn't rush you. I often have to wait a little longer than I'd like when I go to his office, but I appreciate the great care I receive from him for my daughter. When I call to ask a nurse a question there is always someone who answers right away and doesn't make me feel dumb for my questions. I also met Dr. Martin and liked him very much. I've heard great things about Dr. Elzie from other parents.
