I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Very patient with me. Listened very well to all I had to say. Very refreshing. Dr. Stozel was saw me and I do hope he is still with them. The injection worked well.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

They always return my phone calls within a reasonable amout of time. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here. I did have to wait about an hour, but my appointment was on a work in basis. Dr. Loeb was short, sweet and to the point. That is exactly what I wanted!
