Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
