The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose.
then again who cares about the chairs! what happened to being a dr and caring for patients?

If I compare them to others in their field, I certainly hope they are the worst.
I could not imagine being any less caring.

his advice was non existant he has never answered a question for me in years! I don't give a flip about the chairs I want a dr who can speak to me and who cares about me and my issues not about HIS issues and his life experiences! I have been putting up with that for years because I only have to go for 10 min a year but that is BS!

i use to go and the waiting room was full now it is empty maybe there is a reason for that. Done with the BS

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

I have been a patient for more than 20 years. Dr. Phelan and his staff are highly trained and excellent in their bedside manner. I live over 60 miles away and chose to go to this office above all others around me. Dr. Phelan had the honor of delivering my son and still asks about him each time I visit (and my son is now 13!). I would highly recommend Dr. Phelan for any hard to solve problem or risk pregnancy. He is efficient and thorough yet kind and honest. He will LISTEN to you.
