Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. The staff is so friendly and helpful truely professional, and I know I can always count on them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. The Dr. is so involved with your care and very organized and knowlegable. The waiting room here is spacious. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Iam an older patient who recently had to have surgery he was so helpful in making sure that I understood what was happening and why and was right there everyday at the hospital to check on me. He is truely a remarkable doctor who has earned my respect.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
