They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

My experience with Dr. Miller was terrible. I made the appointment because I feared I had one or more cataracts. I asked for a comprehensive eye exam to determine what was wrong with my vision. I was sent to a small room with an assistant who insisted she review all of my glasses in spite of my insistence that what I needed was an exam. She was very rough in administering the medication in preparation for the doctor to examine my eyes. When the doctor arrived, he was brusque, rude and condescending. He only informed me that I had two cataracts, needed a test for glaucoma and offered no information about treatment. He did not offer to perform a test for glaucoma. I would never recommend anyone trust this person with their sight. I found him rude, curt, hostile and inept. It was a very unfortunate and unexpected experience.
