The doctor was friendly and informative, however some of the staff were not. I paid a co-pay of $60 and asked several people while there if there was any other charges, the answer was no, all covered in this visit, and it's all taken care of. Two weeks later I get another bill from them for $75 for "procedures". I called to discuss and office MGR was not helpful and would not let me speak to DR. A week later she returned my call and told me DR would not talk to me, they were sorry I wasn't told in advance, it was my responsibilty to know their charges (???) and I had to pay whatever they bill me since I had the work done. Note, work wasn't done by DR, but by assistant who told me it was all covered under that visit.

I will not return to this DR since he couldn't even talk to me about his bill or staff.
