I was very satisfied with the doctors. They were helpful and answered all of my questions. My dissatisfaction is with the woman who handles billing at the front desk, Karen. When I first arrived she mentioned very loudly that when I completed my visit I would need to settle an outstanding bill will her. (The bill I received had been paid - her mistake.) She insisted that I pay my current visit charge up front without waiting for my insurance co agreement or she would not process my meds. Reluctantly I did. Later she phoned me at home saying she had misquoted the amount of my payment and would not order my meds until I paid the revised amount. Why is such a contentious person dealing with patients?! Am I to understand that because of her I will be required to wait an additional week for my allergy shots to begin? My insurance co requires that I pay my bills only after they process the claim, which has always been in a timely manner. I have been a happy patient of Dr Mas for over ten years and am most unhappy with this rude treatment.

Contacted their office twice to set up an appointment. They cancelled my first because the DR. was going on vacation. They later called me and asked that since I cancelled my first appointment, would I like to reschedule. I did reschedule and had to take off work for the scheduled time. The receptionist was rude when we set up the 2nd appointment and I planned to let the office know of her rudeness. I received a confirmation call two days before the appointment. I got to the office to find out that my appointment had been cancelled! I am very upset and frustrated and will let my primary physician know that he should not suggest Dr. Maas in the future. His staff is obviously incompetent.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was so pleased with how friendly this doctor was. Made me feel right at home and so nice! They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

They are thoughtful and welcoming, I just love this place. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. If anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

The staff here really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every time I go they seem so happy to see me! I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
