I have been a patient of Dr. Braeutigam's since we moved to Fl. 6 yrs. ago. I really like him as a Dr., it's his staff I have a problem with. I called on Monday,9/26 and left a message on the prescription line. I gave ALL the info. needed and ask to be called if there was a problem. This is Thursday,29th and I still haven't heard from anyone. I called the pharmacy--nothing was called in. I called the office manager, Marley(S?), held for 20 min. finally left a message. The office is closed and I didn't get a call from her either. I do realize they're busy, but if they're too busy to return calls, they need more help. If I was sick I would make an appointment, but why should Medicare & I have to pay for a office visit for a perscription I've been taking for years? The last time they called it in, they called in the wrong thing and by then I was out of town and had to do without till I returned home. Like I said, I like Dr. B. a lot, always have. I don't think he knows how slack some of his staff is. Now after 6 years, I have to find another Dr. and start all over again. I'm not very happy about having to do that. BTW, his little nurse is a sweetie. I will miss her & Dr. B.
