They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
