Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They were able to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I never was left wondering about anything. I was so glad they went over my test results with me. I felt a lot better knowing exactly what was going on. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
