When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always tell me the doctor is with a patient and will get back to me and he never does, even though I was in excruciating pain, which is extremely frustrating. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

This is an amazing group of professions who are extremely sensitive to my physical challenges. They have helped me on several occasions to regain my strength and get me back to normal when I thought that would never happen. The team is fun to work with and their interaction with one another is excellent. With their encouragement and positive feedback, I work harder to get better.

I have been to other PT groups and this group far surpasses all others. If you have given up thinking you'll never get better, give Dr. Trowbridge and his team an opportunity to make you whole again.
