They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Dr. Roark is the best! Very friendly and cares about his patients.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
