I was not satisfied with the quality of care I received during a procedure. I've seen a number of dentists in my lifetime and this office rates the lowest. I would not recommend it.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

Great dentist, but they have horrible customer issues.

They have lost a customer because of how they acted. When I called to ask a question about my bill, I was told I needed to speak with April. So, I spoke with April, I asked very politely about an insurance questions. Then she starts going on a rude rant. She says the phrase, "It's YOUR responsibility to pay." I interrupted her to say, "I know it's my responsibility to pay and I'm going to pay it I just had a ques..." She interrupts back saying how I shouldn't interrupt her and to let her finish. So, I let her continue ranting and complaining. Finally, I think she's done. So, I attempt to ask my question. She then interrupts me. I ask her to let me finish, like she did to me. Apparently that made her very upset. The next thing I know, she's raising her voice and repeating, "It's your responsibility to pay."

Apparently, they only hear what they want. I am a person with great credit, I will proudly admit that, but April apparently assumed I was one of the people that do not pay their bills. So, she got it in her head that I was calling to complain. I just wanted a question answered. I still don't have the answer. I do not want to call back to be yelled at again for trying to ask them something.

I will not go back to them for this reason.
