They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home?
No, I didn't receive anything at all
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Alos filed my insurance with the wrong insurance company. Never again.
