They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
