I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Because I was having a full body exam I was a little nervous. But the staff and Dr Sharon were so professional and made me feel so at ease that I felt relaxed even during some of the more private areas. Because she checked all areas of my skin it made me feel that no part of my body would be left to risk of being unnoticed. Because the last doctor didn't check everything, and I was too embarassed to ask, it left some doubt in my mind. As it turned out she found a small harmless rash in an area I could not see. She informed me of what possible cancers look like, which was extremely helpful. Have a follow up next month and I am sure the will be just as thorough and nice.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
