They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

I have been using Grelot Dental Group for almost 20 years. Dr. Cowles has always helped me make informed decisions regarding my dental care. I trust him to take the best care of my teeth. I would not consider using anyone else. Debra Chambers seems like a familiar friend and is always very nice and does a great job of putting me at ease every time I visit. The staff is always smiling and empathetic. I enjoy watching the TV screens demonstrating the different techniques for making the perfect smile. I value the service they provide.

I was very comfortable the entire time. I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation, and my family's (unlike some other dentists I've used). It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth are in great shape. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
