Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Dr. Hendrix and staff are kind and personable and remember everything about me. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. The receptionist is very professional, but very curtious. Appt times are given within a reasonable amount of time and if put on a waiting list, you are called usually within a week to ten days.
I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before being taken back to the exam rooms. Although there are plenty magazines on various topics, I usually done have much time to see them.
The dental assistants and hygienist are very friendly and put you at ease. They are very professional in their attire and when they are assisting Dr Hendrix.
Dr Hendrix is very gentle and I would recommend him to anyone who has had bad dental experiences in the past.
I have been a patient of Dr Hendrix since 1992 and see him on a regular basis.
