It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and loved ones. I was very happy with their care and treatment.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They answered all of my questions during the appointment. I was glad to get some useful information. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.

Into week 3 after L4-S1 fusion w/screws. Dr. Kleiner is among the top spinal surgeons in Denver and one of few who is expert at the minimally invasive surgery. He is right on top of everything during your surgery and after. Easily accessible and just a super surgeon. Nurses at hospital and all I spoke with pre-surgery refer to him as the Doctor's choice for back surgery. I have had very little pain and am hoping to go back to work at beginning of week 4.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Kleiner does not pressure and is very patient to explain fully the procedures necessary and what to expect post-surgery. He seems to want his patients well prepared for surgery emotionally and over all.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended. Dr. Kleiner is very qualified and knowledgeable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when he told me about the procedures for my situation.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
