I received little information from a real person before the initial scheduled appointment, and it did not give me the insight and knowledge I needed and was seeking. I called 1-2 times prior to the first visit, but phone conversations were rushed. The cost for various services or quality of materials used following the first appointment, and receiving of dentures, was possibly misleading. I question if or what the difference is between the low/mid price dentures and the high price dentures. I did visit the online website. I don't understand why the tooth material (white) on the high price dentures is soft, and already worn away and down to the gum in quite a few areas . . especially molars that I use to chew food. I paid for an additional service the 1st visit that I did not receive (softline on denture bottom plate). Going back the 2nd time, I had to call to their attention the fact that the bottom plate had no softliner material added. I felt they did not believe me, and questioned whether I had requested or paid for it, however, it had been written down in my chart that I requested a softline, but no record of receiving the service. I am reminded of cattle being run through a stall, branded, and released ASAP. Money is the root of all evil; I have heard. I am $1,000 lighter and count it as loss . . not gain. Every appointment seems to be done as quickly as possible, therefore standards may be relaxed. A good workman is hard to find . . or is that good man? Of the 1 lab tech, and 4-5 various chair side techs I encountered my rating of work/service is POOR. My bottom denture was either relined or rebased 4 times, plus more additional work, and my top was rebased 2-3 times. They are still not right or up to industry standards. I was not charged each time they had to reline/rebase/correct/misc. Told the doctor I believed I had been ripped off and stolen from and should be refunded. It must be the unpardonable sin. The perception is distorted, and the perspective towards patients can be painted as if they are stupid, and wrong . . . and not right . I NEED to find another place to make me proper fitting, good quality dentures so that I can eat, talk, sing, etc. It's been almost a year since I was able to eat a salad. I don't have a money tree here, so idk the who, what, when, where, or how I will be able to get new dentures again. I've been on soup or soft food since this process began almost a year ago. This is my 3-4 set of dentures, so I am not new to this rodeo. My appointments were a crap shoot. Every time something might be better BUT other stuff was made worse. None of my questions were answered, and they did not do good general service, let alone go above and beyond. I not only felt worse when I left, my dentures were misaligned, under adjusted, over adjusted, or screwed up by the 1 lab tech or 4-5 various chair side techs that did the work on my dentures. This lab tech (nameless), should NOT make dentures, 1 chair tech needs to work elsewhere due to being untrained/inexperienced, 1 chair tech acts as if you are wasting her time and bothering her, another tech left sharp points/edges all on my teeth that poked and cut my tongue and cheeks, (there are a FEW good ones . . but not the majority). Is there another lab tech in the house . . please? I am NOT impressed AT ALL with their office, their staff, the quality of workmanship, professionalism, nor paying for so-called dentures (which are less than a year old and the back molars are already work down flat to the pink gum resin) . . NOT NORMAL . . hard to chew, Even though my bite looks even, it is hitting hard on the back right molar (hurts my jaw joint joint bad), on the right front, and other places. Only 1 time did a tech ever use or have me bite down on the red paper they use to leave trace red marks where teeth are hitting too hard/heavy. Just because a bite LOOKS RIGHT/GOOD DOES NOT MEAN it does not need to be aligned to HIT EVENLY on the right/left with ALL TEETH. All the doctor ever did was take 5-10 seconds at the end of each appointment to check and see that the top/bottom plate LOOKED aligned. This means to him that your BITE MUST BE hitting balanced/even . . cause it looks ok . . superficial appearances. My top plate has no natural angle to it, they are straight up and down. Look at a skeleton . . the bone of your jaw and teeth are angled and jutted forward normally and naturally. This left me needing "lip plumpers", which I have NEVER had before, my top lip and area under my nose . . even from the amount of resin versus the left/right side is not equal, does not look normal, and has changed the appearance of my mouth, cheeks, and nose, some of my teeth were longer than others, which misaligns the bite, and some were placed crooked beside and in context to other teeth. (The issues are too numerous to list . . literally . . no joke). The bathroom is rated, " things that make you go, "HUM". Often no paper towels, trash can overflowing, trash on floor, toilet questionable in cleanliness, and only 1 bathroom and the office is usually slammed pretty much all the time. It's typical to go in for your appointment in the morning, and the appointment be an all day process until 3-5 in the afternoon. EVERYTHING I said or asked seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. It doesn't seem to matter how many times I come here, only 1 tech remembered my name. The possible reason this tech remembered my name may be due to the 3-4 times she adjusted my denture. I had to go back approximately 6-8 times. Once called back, the shuttling process in/out left you on the platform of ASAP. I have also heard that time is money. Would I recommend this office to a person wanting dentures? . H--- TO THE NO! Am I satisfied? (Ditto the previous response). Be afraid . . be very afraid! Anonymous of March 31, 2013, has it RIGHT ON THE MONEY, and his review should be rated less than 3 stars. Do you know what nerve exposure or rough dentures feel like cause I do? THIS IS part of the TRUTH, and I could add so much more and tell, "THE REST OF THE STORY", (Paul Harvey). If you have had a negative regular dental or denture experience of any kind or someone you know, I encourage for the sake of yourself, other people, and all else to write a review (or write a letter or report) detailing your experiences in order that offices, businesses, and corporations are called into justice, righteousness, morals, ethics, responsibility, and accountability to people involved via: The BBB/State Attorney General's Office, or various other agencies. I question the overall rating of 4+ stars. Is it LIVE or is it Memorex? Like in the movie, The Matrix, please choose wisely whether you take the "BLUE pill", or the "RED pill". Please, like Alice in Wonderland . . go down the rabbit hole and get unplugged from the Matrix Dreamworld . . . All Morpheus could offer Neo was the truth.
